You do not if only the exterior of your vehicle is being washed. Your washer will send you a message letting you know when they arrive and when the job is complete. If you are getting the interior cleaned, you do need to be present to ensure your washer has access to your vehicle.

If the exterior of your car has a buildup of mud or salt then you probably need a nice, strong power wash. Post-power wash, we are there for you to keep your car nice and clean. If the interior of your car is in a similar situation, we will take over for you once the interior has had a good shampoo. We can't wait to make your car sparkle!
